Join as a P&C Engineer, focusing on SCADA systems in Burnaby, British Columbia. Lead engineering efforts for control systems and ensure compliance with utility standards in a hybrid work environment.
Raise is seeking an Engineer to join the P&C SCADA Systems Design Team. In this contract role, you'll design and integrate complex monitoring systems for high-voltage electrical assets. Your background in automation will be critical as you deliver comprehensive design packages and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop SCADA design packages and configurations for transmission stations
• Create detailed work packages with defined scopes and timelines
• Write project deliverables in line with engineering standards
• Test and validate device configurations within controlled environments
• Provide construction support and technical guidance onsite
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in automation or control systems
• Proficient in programming GE RTU products
• Strong understanding of cyber security frameworks
• Degree in applied science or engineering
• Registered as Engineer-in-Training with Engineers & Geoscientists BC
