Reporting to the Ener Sys Energy Systems team, you will take charge of quality activities within product development projects.
Your role centers around establishing quality plans, risk mitigation, and compliance with quality management systems. You will mentor teams on best practices while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish Project Quality Plans and maintain compliance
• Monitor adherence to software development processes
• Drive risk-based project execution strategies
• Manage PPAP documentation for production transition
• Conduct quality audits and define corrective actions
Requirements:
• Background in Electronics or Software Engineering
• Knowledge of quality tools and risk management
• Proficiency in software development methodologies
• Experience with embedded systems is beneficial
• Familiarity with quality audits and compliance processes
