Norland Limited seeks a dedicated Field HSE Specialist to enhance HSE Management System implementation. This senior role requires coordination of Field HSE Advisors and strong engagement with Site Superintendents and teams. You will lead field verification activities, develop practical solutions, and strengthen safety culture through proactive coaching and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Norland’s HSE Management System on-site

• Oversee Field HSE Advisors during project execution

• Conduct verification of Critical Risk Controls at job sites

• Facilitate toolbox talks and promote safe work behaviors

• Monitor and report on HSE program progress

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in a related technical field

• Minimum 8–12 years HSE experience in construction

• Relevant professional designation (CRSP, CSP, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and verification processes

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license for project travel
