Position: Experienced Mechanical Project Coordinator Needed
Join Pitt Meadows Plumbing and Mechanical Systems as a Mechanical Project Coordinator in Vancouver. Your expertise in project logistics and documentation will help drive our large-scale projects forward.

This full-time role works closely with the Project Manager, ensuring smooth project execution in residential, commercial, and institutional builds. You will handle RFIs, site instructions, and project correspondence, while fostering team collaboration. Strong communication and organization skills are essential to navigate the challenges of mechanical and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Submit, track, and distribute RFIs and drawings

• Process and follow up on Mechanical RFIs

• Manage site safety documentation for staff

• Assist site management with progress and QA/QC

• Coordinate equipment deliveries with suppliers

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a mechanical Project Coordinator

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and Procore

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
