Join a dynamic Telecom Engineering team as a key Intermediate/Senior member. Shape high-performance telecom systems and critical solutions that drive the future of utility operations, cybersecurity, and connectivity.
As an integral team member, you'll design and implement high-quality telecom networks. Focus on ensuring reliability and security while acting as the Professional of Record for internal designs as well as overseeing submissions from external providers. You will work on advanced technologies, such as IP/MPLS architectures and circuit implementations, providing technical leadership and resolving complex field issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design telecom networks for real-time grid operations
• Develop and document connectivity solutions and infrastructure
• Lead network planning, configuration, and validation efforts
• Partner with project teams to ensure timely delivery
• Conduct specialized studies in transport networks and cybersecurity
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in electrical/computer engineering
• Registered as P.Eng. or EIT; experience in telecom design
• 4+ years relevant experience or more for senior role
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required for site visits
