Senior Engineer - Geotechnical Hydropower Projects

In this senior position within the Hydropower, Dams, and Hydraulic Structures (HDH) team, you will oversee critical projects and contribute to long-term infrastructure development.
Your role will involve providing technical leadership, ensuring adherence to design standards, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Additionally, your mentorship will facilitate the growth of junior engineers, enhancing project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical oversight for geotechnical aspects of projects
• Collaborate with internal and external partners for integration
• Identify and mitigate technical risks during projects
• Champion design efficiency and incorporate new workflows
• Enhance business development and strategic initiatives
Requirements:
• Geotechnical Engineering degree required
• Minimum ten years of experience required
• Ability to obtain a P.Eng. license
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
