Step into a hybrid HVAC Technical Support Advisor role with Master Group, where you will offer exceptional service to HVAC-R technicians throughout Western Canada.
Your role will involve troubleshooting and training, requiring travel to job sites.
In this position, you will support Master Group’s partners by addressing technical inquiries and providing training on equipment. Your extensive experience (5 to 10 years) in the HVAC-R field will enable you to troubleshoot complex issues and assist with HVAC and VRF systems. Effective communication and a proactive approach will be vital to represent the company's interests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide local HVAC technical support for partners
• Assist in troubleshooting HVAC-R equipment via various methods
• Resolve issues regarding labor and material claims
• Facilitate HVAC and VRF equipment start-ups
• Train customers and staff on technical specifications
Requirements:
• 5 to 10 years of industry field experience
• Technical diploma in HVAC-R or related areas
• Strong reporting and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of building mechanical plans
• Valid driver’s license required for travel
