As Team Lead, you will guide the Systems Engineering group while managing critical engineering functions and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor a dynamic team of systems engineers

• Address program inefficiencies within the SEDL framework

• Ensure compliance with ISO 900 navigation product standards

• Liaise with regulatory auditors for process adherence

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within engineering
Requirements:

• Relevant Engineering degree or equivalent experience

• Proven experience in Systems Engineering practices

• Leadership experience, particularly in technical teams

• Familiarity with marine and defense sectors is advantageous

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
