This role is for a Program Manager who will coordinate activities across multiple design and development teams to ensure quality deliverables in IP and SOC development.
Primary Responsibilities- Work with multi-time-zone locations of cross-functional teams from Design, Implementation, DFT, Layout, CAD and Mixed Signal domains.
- Plan, develop and track tasks across IP and SOC development, CAD flow development, Vendor Tools deployment, Post-Si test ecosystem.
- Establish and facilitate the risk management process for new projects and initiatives by working with internal stakeholders to drive objectives.
- Conduct periodic meetings to collect status and facilitate inter-team task alignment.
- Effectively present project status to internal/external customers and incorporate feedback to engineering teams.
- Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction and quality.
- BS/MS degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- Experience in two or more semiconductor backend functions (Synthesis, DFT, Layout, Physical Verification, Reliability, Flow Development) is a must.
- 15+ years of experience in semiconductor with at least 5+ years in managing two or more semiconductor backend deliverables (Synthesis, DFT, Layout, Physical Verification, Reliability, Flow Development).
- Experience using project management tools like JIRA or other Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effective team player and collaborator.
- Ability to work in a multi-location, cross-functional team setup.
Travel: 0% - 25% of time. Total compensation includes base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments. Benefits begin day one, with retirement savings plans and an industry-leading IESPP program with a 6-month look-back feature.
Salary Ranges and PerksThe annual base salary range for this position is $107,000 - $226,000. Range depends on location, skills, and experience.
