This senior position entails working on flagship projects in Edmonton, Calgary, and Vancouver.

Your role includes providing expert advice on design, mentoring junior staff, and quality reviewing deliverables. You will also engage directly with project sites, enhancing performance through innovative and feasible solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer expert advice on rail engineering technical matters

• Mentor junior engineers to develop their skills

• Conduct quality reviews to ensure constructability of designs

• Supervise field operations and identify enhancements

• Create innovative solutions for engineering challenges
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum of 8 years rail-related design experience

• Preferably 20+ years of experience in the field

• Familiarity with industry standards (AREMA, Translink)

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) certification is advantageous
