Your new role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Telecommunications Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of electrical and telecommunications projects from planning through to closeout. Working closely with Project Managers and Estimators, you will assist with coordination, scheduling, documentation, financial tracking, and communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.

This role plays a key part in maintaining project organization, supporting risk management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. The role is particularly well suited to candidates with experience in large, highly structured telecommunications environments, including national carriers or major service providers.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar role, preferably within telecommunications or large-scale project environments
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with, or willingness to learn, tools such as Procore, Site Docs, Accubid , and Microsoft Office
• A collaborative approach and strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
