Planning & Scheduling Specialist in Infrastructure

Join our team as a Planning & Scheduling Specialist focused on infrastructure projects in Burnaby, BC. You'll oversee project controls, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion.

In this role, you will champion the development of comprehensive project schedules in Primavera P6, coordinating with numerous teams. Your key task will be to manage cost projections, resource allocations, and contractor evaluations, driving efficient project delivery across sectors like education and utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development and maintenance of the Program Master Schedule

• Ensure integration of scope, cost, and progress monitoring

• Collaborate with project and construction managers throughout

• Review contractor performance and compliance against milestones

• Produce executive summaries and detailed performance reports

Requirements:

• Expertise in planning for large, multi-disciplinary projects

• Proven track record in integrated project controls

• Skills in performance analysis, forecasting, and schedule vetting

• Ability to assess risks and propose corrective actions

• Familiarity with contractor claims and forensic schedule evaluation
