As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will own the design, execution, and improvement of quality workflows, emphasizing accountability and systemic transparency. The role involves coordinating resources, analyzing systemic risks, and leading complex projects aimed at scalable growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement quality workflows for data integrity
- Ensure technical health of Non-Conformance, MRB, and RMA systems
- Navigate resource constraints effectively during production peaks
- Analyze field and production data to identify trends
- Drive continuous improvement of quality workflows through Lean methodologies
- Minimum of 8 years in Quality Systems or Operational Excellence
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
- EIT designation or ability to register as P.Eng.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred, CQE or CQA an asset
- Robust situational awareness and influence skills
