As a Building Enclosure Project Consultant at RDH, you will manage projects from the investigation to construction phases. This senior role requires strong technical knowledge in building envelope design and construction principles, along with mentoring junior staff. You will engage with clients and ensure the delivery of RDH's high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee building enclosure project execution and design phases

• Provide mentorship and support to junior staff on field tasks

• Lead project meetings with stakeholders and developers

• Conduct site visits for quality assurance and testing

• Review construction documentation and contractor submissions
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture required

• 5+ years of experience in building science consulting

• 2+ years of project management experience

• Strong field experience in construction processes

• P.Eng. or AIBC registration preferred
