In this role, you will oversee the design of high-voltage substations, ensuring excellence in engineering practices. We require a candidate with a keen understanding of substation components and strong communication skills. Your leadership will drive team efforts while maintaining client-focused service and project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct QA/QC for engineering package designs
• Collaborate with management on project resource allocation
• Review and approve engineering drawings for compliance
• Participate actively in team project meetings
• Develop strong client relationships based on trust
Requirements:
• P.ENG registered in Canada is required
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related
• At least 15 years in HV substation design
• Preferred experience in site evaluations and data capture
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
