Senior Quality Engineer BC

Take the lead in quality management as a Senior Quality Engineer in Burnaby, BC. This hybrid role emphasizes strong communication and process ownership to enhance operational efficiency.
As part of the team, you will design, execute, and refine quality workflows with a focus on accountability and transparency. This position involves coordinating resources and analyzing risks while leading complex projects geared towards organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement quality workflows ensuring data integrity

• Ensure Non-Conformance, MRB, and RMA systems' technical health

• Navigate resource constraints effectively during peak production

• Analyze field and production data to identify industry trends

• Drive continuous improvement through Lean methodologies
Requirements:

• 8+ years in Quality Systems or Operational Excellence

• Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering

• EIT designation or ability to register as P.Eng.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred, CQE or CQA an asset

• Strong situational awareness and influence skills
