STEMCELL Technologies is hiring a Senior Scientist in Process Development to spearhead GMP media advancements. This role is essential for developing optimized processes and ensuring product quality across the lifecycle.

Utilizing your scientific expertise, you should possess at least five years in the biotech industry, complemented by a master’s or bachelor’s degree. Key responsibilities include acting as a process development lead, applying Quality by Design principles, and collaborating across departments to optimize manufacturing processes through effective technology transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development and optimization of GMP cell culture media

• Design and execute QbD-compliant characterization studies

• Oversee technology transfer with accurate documentation

• Resolve non-conformance issues through investigations

• Support process improvements and quality initiatives

Requirements:

• Master’s/bachelor’s degree in scientific field

• Minimum five years in relevant industry experience

• Advanced knowledge of QbD and best practices

• Understanding of cGMP and regulatory frameworks

• Exceptional communication and teamwork capabilities
