In this full-time role, you will utilize your document control expertise accumulated over 6-12 years to ensure efficient information management across various projects. Collaborating closely with engineers and project managers, you’ll lead efforts to develop document systems that align with project execution plans and improve overall processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation of document management frameworks
• Maintain detailed document status and version control
• Coordinate document retrieval for project stakeholders
• Establish project data rooms and EDMS structures
• Collaborate with teams for timely document approvals
Requirements:
• Minimum of 6-12 years in civil engineering document control
• Degree in Business, Construction Management, or similar
• Hands-on experience with software like Procore and Autodesk
• Detailed knowledge of document lifecycle management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
