Position: Fortinet Building Operator Role
Become an integral part of Fortinet's Facilities team as a Building Operator in Burnaby, where you will oversee operational excellence and system efficiency. Ensure the safety of our buildings and data center operations.

The Building Operator role is central to maintaining the Fortinet Burnaby campus. Your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems will be employed for preventative maintenance and emergency responses, along with compliance documentation. Collaboration and strong communication skills are key in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inspections and log system performance

• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, and life safety systems

• Diagnose and resolve equipment operational issues

• Respond to emergency service calls

• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements

Requirements:

• Must possess a Power Engineering Certificate

• At least 2 years of relevant experience required

• Knowledge of building systems and compliance practices

• Experience with life safety systems is essential

• Preferred Building Operator certification in energy efficiency practices
