Join Kardium as a Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer in Burnaby, BC, and help transform the treatment of atrial fibrillation. Leverage your engineering skills in a hybrid role focused on optimizing production processes.

As part of the Manufacturing Engineering team, your knowledge of regulated manufacturing environments will be pivotal. You will tackle workflow enhancements while providing essential support to the production team. Collaborating with engineering teams, you will identify quality issues and implement effective solutions that ensure the success of the Globe® Pulsed Field System.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop business cases for process and equipment improvements

• Plan for new production line and capacity requirements

• Optimize manufacturing workflows to eliminate bottlenecks

• Support design and implementation of training equipment

• Engage in continuous improvement projects using Lean and Kaizen principles

Requirements:

• 1-5 years experience in manufacturing engineering

• Expertise in change control management and process design

• Solid understanding of Lean manufacturing and statistical controls

• Ability to manage multiple projects accurately

• Knowledge of layout planning based on activity analysis
