As a Project Coordinator at Novarc Technologies, you will oversee the execution of projects focused on applied robotics and AI. This role requires technical expertise and effective communication to align projects with company goals. You will be pivotal in coordinating across various departments, engaging with partners, and tracking project progress and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project planning using Novarc’s management tools
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Production teams
• Provide concise communication to stakeholders
• Manage scope changes and Variation Orders
• Track project finances and collections
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 1+ year in technical project management
• Proficient in AutoCAD or Solid Works
• Strong communication skills with B2B clients
• Understanding of project accounting principles
