Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable engineering disciplines

• 7+ years in engineering, including 2+ years in supervisory roles

• Demonstrated project completion from prototype to scale

• Competency in mechanical, chemical, and system control

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
