Position: Lead Project Manager Mine Remediation AECOM
Transform environmental landscapes with AECOM as a Project Manager for their Faro Mine Remediation Program. This full-time position allows for hybrid work based in Burnaby, Calgary, or Edmonton, focusing on mine closure and site remediation.

In this key role, you will manage a complex project requiring robust oversight of scope, schedules, and client interactions. We are seeking a dedicated individual with substantial project management experience in mining and remediation contexts. Leading multi-disciplinary teams will be critical to ensuring safety and compliance standards while engaging in significant environmental restoration efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee work scope under each Task Authorization (TA)

• Facilitate task-specific meetings with clients and involved parties

• Prepare and manage project plans along with financial reports

• Provide technical guidance in mine remediation processes

• Track and manage project schedules, budgets, and risks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related

• Over 6 years of experience in mining or contaminated site remediation

• Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary projects

• Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Project management software

• Valid driver’s license
