As the lead figure for design-build projects, you will manage everything from strategy to close-out, ensuring that design and construction processes are flawlessly integrated.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct full project lifecycle, overseeing integration and execution
• Maintain accountability for budget, quality, and safety

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years’ experience in project management
• Extensive experience in Design-Build frameworks
• Strong grasp of budgeting and project controls
• Ability to achieve Government of Canada security clearance
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
