As a Dam Safety Engineer, you'll bring a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience to our Burnaby office. Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections and supporting field investigations. The role is designed for energetic individuals eager to contribute to critical dam safety projects across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with dam safety inspections and condition assessments
• Support various geotechnical investigations and monitoring activities
• Conduct engineering analyses under the supervision of senior staff
• Prepare and summarize technical reports and findings
• Coordinate with engineers from different disciplines
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mining Engineering
• One year of relevant experience in dam safety projects
• Must hold a valid Class 5 BC driver’s license
• Willing to travel and work in remote conditions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
