Position: Estimator / Hardware Specialist Job Opening
Accurate Door & Hardware Co. is looking for a skilled Estimator / Hardware Specialist to support multi-family and commercial projects with accurate quotations. This role focuses on doors, frames, and hardware specifications.

You will play a key role by reviewing architectural drawings, preparing detailed estimates, and collaborating with vendors. Candidates should have over 3 years of relevant experience and strong organizational skills for effective documentation and tracking. Your communication abilities are essential for interacting with contractors during the tender process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed takeoffs from architectural drawings

• Create estimates and tender submissions with clarity

• Confirm lead times and source competitive vendor pricing

• Support bid clarifications for contractors

• Keep accurate logs and updates on revisions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in doors or hardware estimating

• Strong understanding of specifications and drawings

• Excellent organizational skills and time management

• Proficient in Excel; estimating software experience preferred

• Effective communication with consultants and vendors
