Westburne Electric, a leading distributor of electrical and automation solutions across Canada, is seeking an Inside Automation Proposal Specialist. In this role, you will promote and support Rockwell Automation products while delivering exceptional customer service to our national customers.

• Support our Specialist and Sales team with Rockwell Automation and partner products.
• Provide technical expertise and product recommendations to customers in the electrical, electronics, and instrumentation fields.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, assisting them in selecting the best solutions for their automation needs.
• Obtain orders/quotation requests through Dynamics 365, telephone calls, and inside sales team.
• Follow up on written quotations to secure orders or identify reasons for loss.
• Maintain system backorder report.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging automation technologies.

• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering (or related field).
• Experience in industrial automation, electrical distribution, or control systems is an asset.
• Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products is highly preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand customer needs.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel.
