You will take charge of the layout for various RF and analog circuits, including power amplifiers and bandgap circuits. With a minimum of 4 years in Information Technology, you will demonstrate proficiency in DRC and LVS, ensuring layout integrity.

Your role will involve stringent checking for electromigration and signal path issues, alongside effective teamwork to achieve design goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design transistor-level layouts for RF/analog components

• Conduct detailed verification checks using DRC and LVS

• Review and refine layouts for optimal quality

• Analyze routing for power and ground connections

• Focus on RF layout techniques and device matching

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Minimum 4 years in Information Technology

• Experience with deep sub-micron CMOS

• Familiarity with CADENCE software tools
