Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee mechanical projects including design and construction phases

• Prepare technical reports and cost estimates for projects

• Support development of mechanical models using Revit

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering

• 8+ years of experience in HVAC and plumbing design

• Professional Engineer designation in Canada

• Knowledge of LEED and sustainable design practices

• Experience mentoring junior engineers
