• Design and project management of civil systems associated with municipal water and/or wastewater/drainage conveyance facilities
• Prepare documentation for design projects and reports
• Prepare construction cost estimates
• Prepare project specifications and contract documents
• Perform constructability reviews
• Perform contract administration
• Conduct construction inspections
• Client communication and management
• Proposal preparation
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies, project planning, budgeting, and scheduling

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering + 6 years of relevant experience in civil or municipal engineering
• Eligible for registration as P.Eng with EGBC within 6 months

• Experience with water/wastewater/drainage conveyance infrastructure in a municipal environment, including both gravity and pressurized systems
• Experience in proposal writing and job scoping
• Experience with civil engineering, planning, design, construction inspection, contract administration
• Training and experience in managing municipal water and wastewater related projects
• Working knowledge of blue-and-green infrastructure: ponds, wetlands, bioswales, rain gardens, etc.
• Familiarity with hydraulic modeling platforms
• MMCD Contract Administration certification
• Excellent written skills for technical reports
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and clients
• Comfortable working in a multi-disciplinary environment

CAD 120,000 – 140,000 per year
