Hatfield is looking for a Hydrologist/Water Resources Specialist to strengthen our Water Resources Group. Your primary role will involve leading hydrologic field programs and mentoring junior staff in data monitoring techniques. You will ensure compliance with operational standards and contribute to environmental project reports and quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations

• Prepare and lead hydrologic field programs

• Mentor junior team members in the field

• Maintain hydrologic equipment effectively

• Compile and analyze hydrologic and environmental data

Requirements:

• Degree or technical diploma in relevant sciences

• Minimum two years in field data collection

• Adaptability in various weather and terrain conditions

• Experience with environmental monitoring systems

• Data management and project coordination experience
