Project Manager in Design Division

Lead design projects at Enersolv as a Project Manager, ensuring standards and client expectations are exceeded. Make impactful decisions while managing design operations for excellence.

In this senior role, you’ll report directly to the Design Director and oversee the operations of our Design division. You will manage small to medium projects while training staff in design processes and ensuring quality service and innovative designs. Your expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection, along with project management skills, will drive project success and enhance team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide workload forecasting for new projects

• Prepare Schematic Design and Design Development reports

• Assign and review tasks for junior staff

• Represent Enersolv at client meetings and events

• Manage small to medium projects with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• 5+ years in design (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection)

• 2+ years in project management in consulting

• Registered Professional Engineer or eligible

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
