You will oversee project life cycles from design to construction, engaging with clients while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities- Manage municipal infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in engineering and planning.
- Foster junior staff development through mentoring.
- Prepare technical reports and essential engineering documents.
- Support construction activities with site inspections and quality checks.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- 8+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- P.Eng. designation in BC or immediate eligibility.
- Proven background in municipal and land development projects.
- Robust communication skills and valid driver's license.
