In this key position, you'll lead earthworks operations including bulk excavation and grading, ensuring they align with the construction plan. Your leadership will promote a strong safety culture among site teams while managing project costs and schedules. Collaboration with engineering and procurement teams will be vital to project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily earthworks operations and compliance with safety standards

• Manage project scope, cost, and timeline for earthworks

• Coordinate subcontractors' work and monitor quality

• Ensure alignment between construction deliverables and execution

• Track project trends and support accurate forecasting
Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in engineering or construction management

• Proven experience in EPCM projects focused on earthworks

• Background in coordinating scopes in brownfield environments

• Experience in contract and purchase order management

• Technical knowledge of earthworks methodologies and processes
