Join Hatfield as a Mine Permitting Specialist in North Vancouver, BC, where you can work both in the office and remotely. This full-time role focuses on compliance and environmental oversight.

Hatfield is looking for a dedicated Mine Permitting Specialist with solid experience in permitting for mining or water-related projects.

Your role will involve advising on environmental regulations and leading multidisciplinary teams through complex permitting processes. Strong project management skills are essential for ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on environmental regulatory requirements

• Integrate multidisciplinary information for permitting processes

• Review and prepare regulatory materials for approval

• Facilitate meetings with clients and regulatory bodies

• Oversee financial controls and project reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an applicable field

• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience

• Proven project management from inception to closure

• Experience with stakeholder engagement, especially Indigenous communities

• Valid Canadian driver’s license required
