This role in our Marine and Coastal Group is based in Burnaby or potentially remote for exceptional candidates. You will tackle marine structural challenges from design through to construction, ensuring a collaborative approach with multidisciplinary teams. We seek a strong leader ready to influence project delivery and enhance customer satisfaction within a global setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and oversee marine structural systems
• Perform detailed engineering for diverse projects
• Collaborate with clients and key stakeholders
• Conduct site inspections to ensure project standards
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate deliverables
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 10–15 years of related marine engineering experience
• Professional Engineer designation readiness
• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
