Senior Coastal Engineer

This strategic growth role is designed for a seasoned professional to mentor junior engineers while enhancing coastal modelling capabilities across Canada and the U.S. Pacific North West. You will utilize industry-grade modelling tools and support clients with shoreline management plans and coastal structures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead coastal engineering and sediment transport modelling projects
• Provide strategic peer review for coastal structure designs
• Mentor junior and intermediate coastal engineers
• Perform geomorphological assessments and conduct sediment dynamics studies
• Develop design packages for coastal restoration projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Civil, Coastal, or Environmental Engineering
• P.Eng. in British Columbia required
• 8+ years in coastal engineering and numerical modelling
• Proficient in DHI MIKE, Delft3D, and SWAN software
• Ability to lead project teams and interface with clients
