Step into a challenging role as an E5 Engineer, delivering innovative engineering solutions for high-voltage projects. This position emphasizes foundation design for overhead structures and telecommunication towers in a dynamic electric utility environment.
We are looking for a Professional Engineer with experience in designing foundations for Overhead structures and underground utility facilities. The role focuses on technical documentation, engineering deliverables, and field support while adhering to company practices. You will be integral to managing design tasks effectively and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design foundations for high voltage and telecommunication structures
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation as per standards
• Deliver signed and sealed engineering documents as PoR
• Offer technical support during the construction phase
• Conduct seismic analysis for various structures
Requirements:
• Registered P. Eng. or P. Geo. with Engineers & Geoscientists BC
• Familiarity with CAD systems and industry software
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience in project scope and cost management
