We are leading the charge on transportation decarbonization within our Transportation team. Large‑scale adoption of zero‑emissions technology presents exciting technical, organizational, and logistical challenges. You will play a key role in designing and delivering zero‑emissions transportation infrastructure for some of the largest fleet operators in the world.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage senior project teams in the design and implementation of operation and maintenance facilities for zero‑emissions transportation.
- Oversee facility assessments, transportation planning, space programming, site selection, concept development, building design, and field inspections.
- Engage with existing clients and support pursuit for new work.
- Ensure overall project progress, technical performance, and delivery within time and budget constraints.
- Act as a key client contact and mentor the team to foster growth and development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- P.Eng. or other relevant professional designation.
- At least 15 years of professional consulting experience, including a minimum of 5 years managing a team.
- Strong technical, design, and project management skills in operation and maintenance facilities design, construction, renovation, and/or operations.
- Familiarity with zero‑emissions transportation technology and progressive design‑build delivery experience are a plus.
- Excellent communication, time‑management, and report‑writing skills.
- Great mentorship and leadership abilities.
Base salary range: $ to $ (British Columbia, Canada).
Work EnvironmentHybrid working policy: split work week between office, on‑site projects, and remote locations.
