Lead RF and Radar Systems Engineer

Elevate radar technology at Inspiren as a Principal RF & Radar Systems Engineer, leading the design of advanced wireless communication systems in a remote, collaborative environment.

This role requires extensive experience in RF hardware design and cutting-edge millimeter-wave radar systems. As a senior engineer, you will oversee projects aimed at improving connectivity and reliability within Inspiren's ecosystem. Your expertise will also drive innovation and optimization in sensor technologies and RF performance, shaping the future of senior living solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee radar sensing architecture development and design

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate radio platforms

• Author schematics and drive layout optimizations in design

• Conduct design reviews and FMEA for rigorous analysis

• Mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering;
Ph.D. preferred

• 15+ years in RF hardware design focused on wireless communications

• Deep knowledge of RF/mm Wave hardware and radar applications

• Proficiency in Cadence, Ansys, and Keysight software tools

• Experience with test automation and validation infrastructure
