• Design HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial and institutional construction projects.
• Develop high‑quality AutoCAD and Revit models and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, consultants, and field staff.
• Support design‑build projects from concept through construction.
• Review designs for constructability, coordination, and code compliance.
• Provide technical support throughout the construction phase.
• Contribute ideas that improve quality, efficiency, and project delivery.

• Minimum 5 years of mechanical HVAC and plumbing design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Experience with commercial, institutional, light industrial and multi‑family buildings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated professional who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
• Mechanical Engineering degree, diploma, or equivalent industry experience.
• Knowledge of BC Building Code, Plumbing Code, and applicable HVAC standards.
