Engineering Consultant Building Enclosures

In this role, you will engage with clients from design through construction, mentoring junior staff and managing project quality. Your responsibilities include leading project meetings, conducting site reviews, and reviewing design documents. You will make critical recommendations to enhance building performance and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct projects from design through to construction documentation

• Mentor junior staff and support their career growth

• Lead meetings with clients and other stakeholders

• Conduct thorough site reviews and provide reports

• Assess contractor submittals for technical fidelity

Requirements:

• Engineering or Architecture degree required

• 5+ years in building science consulting

• At least 2 years in project management

• Field experience with construction processes

• P.Eng. or Architect registration preferred
