Position: Mechanical Engineer EIT Role
Shape your mechanical engineering career at our firm by supporting building system assessments and improvements. This position integrates field assessments with technical reporting, promoting hands-on experience in project management.

As a Mechanical Engineer in Training, you'll receive guidance from senior staff while conducting critical site investigations and evaluations of plumbing, HVAC, and ventilation systems.

This role offers exposure to multidisciplinary projects, and you’ll prepare technical reports aiding in system upgrades and rehabilitation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed site investigations of mechanical systems

• Evaluate and recommend plumbing, piping, and HVAC repairs

• Prepare proposals and technical documentation for assessments

• Support cooling strategies and mechanical system upgrades

• Collaborate across RDH teams for comprehensive project delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum two years of relevant experience

• Registered as EIT with a Canadian engineering association

• Experience in plumbing and piping systems required

• Exposure to HVAC systems considered advantageous
