Lead Robotics Test and Control Engineer

Elevate robotic systems at Humanoid as a Senior Test and Control Engineer. Focus on actuator calibration and integration testing to enhance robotic performance.

In your role, you will ensure all robotic subsystems reach optimal operational states by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Developing testing methodologies and automated validation systems for robotic components will form the core of your responsibilities. You will analyze data to drive improvements and achieve high reliability in system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies

• Build and maintain test fixtures for actuator testing

• Tune control loops for position and velocity stability

• Perform lifecycle tests on robotic subsystems

• Analyze data and recommend design improvements

Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in Robotics or Electrical Engineering

• Over 5 years’ experience in robotics and testing

• Skilled in programming tools like Python and MATLAB

• Familiar with data acquisition and testing rig setup

• Strong collaborative and documentation skills
