Engineer II: SERDES Characterization Expert

In this role, you’ll work within the electrical characterization team, focusing on SERDES interface optimization and validation at industry-leading speeds. You'll develop automated testing platforms to fine-tune performance across various process and temperature extremes, ensuring designs are ready for deployment in data centers, automotive, and space sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize SERDES performance on advanced analog designs
• Develop and implement automated test scripts
• Design PCBs and testing hardware for compliance
• Troubleshoot and enhance SERDES circuits as needed
• Produce in-depth characterization plans and analyses
Requirements:
• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Physics
• 1-2 years experience in related engineering roles
• Knowledge of high-speed signal theory
• Proficiency with relevant lab instruments
• Experience with Python or similar scripting languages
