As a Senior Estimator at ECCO Supply, you will lead estimating tasks within the Commercial Team, mentoring junior team members and ensuring competitive pricing strategies. The role requires expertise in HVAC systems, managing multiple projects and delivering exceptional customer service while working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bid calendars to meet all project deadlines

• Complete detailed take-offs on HVAC equipment and materials

• Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profit

• Mentor junior estimators and provide technical support

• Maintain accurate pricing databases and reports

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in HVAC commercial estimating

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, HVAC, or related field

• Proficient in MS Office and estimating software

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong customer service focus and business integrity
