Mechanical Engineer - Plumbing Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead plumbing-related condition assessments and studies

• Ensure compliance with BC Plumbing Code in projects

• Design and review complex plumbing systems

• Perform site investigations and field reviews as necessary

• Mentor and train junior level engineers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Over 5 years in plumbing engineering; 10+ years ideal

• Familiarity with multi-family and commercial projects

• Experience in conducting system evaluations

• Strong judgment in risk and health planning
