Join Ausenco's expanding Industrial, Energy & Infrastructure team in Canada as a Lead Electrical Engineer. You will provide technical leadership on multiple projects, from BC Hydro substation upgrades to mineral processing facility expansions. Your expertise in electrical design and systems will directly influence utility, mining, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as Technical Lead for electrical engineering teams
• Design and replace substation equipment and systems
• Perform various electrical engineering calculations and studies
• Conduct field investigations and assessments at sites
• Mentor junior engineers and support business growth initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Professional Engineer registration in Canada
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in relevant sectors
• Strong knowledge of CSA, IEEE and Canadian Electrical Code
• Experience using ETAP or equivalent software
