This role focuses on drafting and managing telecommunications designs, particularly in outside plant infrastructure. You'll coordinate closely with project teams, ensuring successful project execution while providing technical leadership and mentoring junior designers. Your detail-oriented approach will ensure adherence to industry standards and quality protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft outside plant telecommunications designs for diverse projects

• Oversee design projects from initiation to completion

• Mentor junior team members in telecommunications design

• Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures

• Conduct site assessments for accurate design outputs

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in telecom design or drafting

• Expertise in AutoCAD;
Spatial Net proficiency preferred

• Knowledge of GPON and civil works design principles

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
