Senior Project Engineer - Transmission Lines

This 1-year contract seeks a Specialist Project Engineer who will lead multi-discipline teams to ensure safe and efficient transmission line developments. With over a decade in engineering, particularly in electrical utilities, you will tackle complex design challenges and manage project objectives. Your technical leadership will set the standards for successful project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design teams in transmission line projects
• Develop innovative engineering solutions and standards
• Oversee project objectives and technical documentation
• Assess contractor work against specifications
• Engage stakeholders to communicate technical concepts
Requirements:
• 10 years of engineering experience in electrical utilities
• 4 years leading design teams in transmission
• Familiarity with CAD and industry design software
• Understanding of transmission system operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with P.Eng certification
